In the practicum sessions and via scheduled Zoom calls, you’ll receive expert coaching from the JCSL team. They will help you to activate what you’ve been learning and address any leadership scenarios you’re currently facing.

During practicum sessions on Zoom, you will have the chance to give and receive input with fellow leaders in your cohort via breakout rooms.
It is our hope and intention that some of the leaders you meet on JCSL, will continue to share your leadership journey into the future.
Many of our previous graduates keep in touch to encourage and challenge each other to keep growing. For some, this has developed into peer coaching, ongoing prayer and prophetic input. Some have become colleagues, and others great friends.
