The weekly JCSL student experience will consist of Main Sessions, Practicum, and homework. Depending on the JCSL program you choose to enroll in, part of your weekly school commitment will involve attending and serving at a Jesus Culture church service.
Main Sessions will have worship, teaching, and interaction with our instructors. Practicum is an interactive smaller group setting designed to facilitate connection with fellow students and application of the concepts you have learned during class to your real life and leadership scenarios. You can also expect homework on a weekly basis which will involve instructional book reading and reports, as well as assignments that will activate your learning and development. Pastoral Coaching and optional monthly Q&A sessions held on Zoom will also be available to you.
Students ages 24 and under will be enrolled in the JCSL Young Adult Discipleship Track which includes an additional weekly session focused on spiritual formation through the Word of God, the presence of God, and the community of God.
