Our vision is to see leaders fully engaged with, equipped for, and able to sustain the call of God on their lives.
This includes people who may not even call themselves a “leader” yet, but are on fire to grow and fulfill what they believe God has called them to do. As well as those who have held senior positions of leadership in ministry or business for many years. People who want to take their life and leadership to the next level.
Wherever you are on your leadership journey, we want to give you the tools and insights you need to live and lead from the inside out. For you to be healthy and effective in all that God has called you to be and to do.
Our training covers three main areas we believe are fundamental in the life of an impactful leader:
1. Spiritual Maturity
The foundation of great leadership is to be continually growing in the ability to live and lead like Jesus.
Without this foundation, we won’t be able to walk in relational health or be effective in our leadership.
2. Relational Health
When a team, organization, or family breaks down or is not working well, you will usually find that unhealthy relational dynamics are a contributing factor.
Healthy relationships are critical to leading people effectively (and enjoyably!).
3. Leadership Effectiveness
We all know of people (maybe even ourselves!) who have a strong desire to succeed or make a difference, but need to develop the skills, culture, and people required to make the vision a reality.
Gaining new leadership skills and insights will multiply your influence and impact.
