Overview
Our vision is to see both new and seasoned leaders fully engaged with, equipped for, and able to sustain the call of God on their life. Living and leading from the inside out, healthy and effective in all that God has called them to be and to do – whether in ministry, the marketplace or any other area of their life. Our training covers three main areas that we believe are fundamental in the life of an impactful leader.
Spiritual Maturity
Christ-like leaders follow His example by building a lifestyle marked by a passionate pursuit of Him. They are confident in their identity, full of purpose, hungry to grow, developed in the gifts of the Spirit, and embrace the call of God on their life. The goal of spiritual maturity is that you would learn to live and lead like Jesus.
Relational Health
The quality of your life and the quality of your leadership is directly connected to your ability to build healthy relationships. You will be equipped to resolve conflict effectively, develop deep rooted trust, and cultivate meaningful connection. You will learn to assess strengths and needs in your life and in the lives of those around you. Applying these practices will position you for impact far greater than you could achieve on your own.
Effective Leadership
As you develop your leadership effectiveness at JCSL, you will learn principles for growing your influence, for empowering people, and for creating culture. You will find yourself becoming a compelling communicator who is able to build teams and execute vision clearly and decisively.
