Kate loves helping people become confident in how God has designed and equipped them to make an impact on the world around them.
Since graduating from UCSD with a degree in Human Development and Psychology, Kate has had over 18 years of leadership experience within the church and in other non-profit arenas.
She pastored at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry for several years and created the Accelerate Youth Leadership Development Program, which ran in multiple locations in Redding, CA, before moving to Sacramento to help Jesus Culture with leadership development in the local church plant.
Kate built and served as the Director of JCSL for its first four years and is continuing to invest as an advisor/instructor as she turns more of her time toward developing the next generation of leaders through a new educational venture.
