The burning heart of JCSL is to raise up leaders who will make an impact for revival. A move of God is the answer to every problem and need in the world today. But we know that God always moves in partnership with people. Every believer is called to this partnership.

The moment we respond and take ownership of this call, we step into leadership. Leadership is stewarding the influence we have in every area of our lives––at home, at work, at church, and in our community, nation, and globe––so that it aligns with what God is doing.

The first step in answering our call to partner with God is making a commitment to growth. The mission of JCSL is to equip leaders in the three areas where they need to grow in order to steward their influence well––revival leadership, healthy leadership, and effective leadership.

Our students come to us from a wide variety of roles and seasons in life––everyone from government officials to business owners, first responders, pastors, teachers, and stay-at-home-moms. Some are burning with passion to see revival, but lack the skills needed to be an effective leader. Some are leaders who have seen a measure of success in their current role, but recognize that they need to grow in spiritual, emotional, or relational health. All of them come hungry to grow and fill gaps in their leadership.

The fruit of JCSL is undeniable. The growth of our students has produced promotions at work, breakthrough and healing in marriages and relationships, new businesses launching, new doors of opportunity opening, and much more. Best of all, the JCSL alumni are an expanding international community who are walking together on a continued journey of growth, encouraging and equipping each other in sustained engagement in their God-given assignments.
