Jesus Culture

Jesus Culture is a global movement with a passion to mobilize believers for Revival in Our Day.

We do this through:
  • Worship – releasing songs from the church and for the church
  • Conferences – online and in-person
  • Schools – Jesus Culture School of Leadership (JCSL) and exclusive leadership events
  • Resources – Jesus Culture Podcast Network
  • Churches – we’ve planted two churches in California, in Sacramento and San Diego

Founded by Banning Liebscher in 1999, Jesus Culture started as a conference. It has grown into a multifaceted organization with global reach and influence.

Our Mandates

Our focus is on creating opportunities for people to:

  • Become a dwelling place for God
  • Reach and disciple the people of our city
  • Mobilize the Church for revival
  • Invest in the global harvest

We are convinced that when you are fully engaged in who God has called you to be and what He has called you to do – we’re going to see communities, cities and nations transformed and impacted.

Whether in ministry, the marketplace, family or community – this is how we will see revival across every realm of society.

Our mission to raise up and invest in leaders

“Revival in our day” is our mandate. But God gave us a clear word that we were to fulfill this by raising up leaders who not only carry the spirit of revival, but also possess the skills and character to:

  • Steward influence well
  • Lead with excellence
  • Build with sound strategy

In response, we founded Jesus Culture School of Leadership. Not just for pastors or ministry leaders, but for anybody who loves God’s presence and power and has a passion to lead wherever they are.

God has appointed us to bear fruit that lasts (John 15:16). The only fruit that lasts is people. So, for us, there’s no better way to spend our time, than in investing in leaders. Building people, who build people.

Friends of Jesus Culture

There are many key ministries, organizations, and people who have helped shape our movement – who now contribute to JCSL through speakers and resources.

These include:

  • Danny Silk of Loving on Purpose, a pioneer of relational health and building healthy teams, culture, and family
  • Integrus Leadership, who have catalyzed thousands of high-impact leaders with actionable, practical resources
  • A wide variety of high caliber leaders from ministry and business – you can see some of them on our guest speakers panel
